Why Large Townships Take Time
Big townships need land consolidation, title verification, zoning and NA permissions, layout approval, environmental clearances where applicable, and then MahaRERA registration for each phase. Even with experienced developers, this can take months. The October 2026 announcement itself notes that approvals are in progress. Patience at this stage is normal — and a good reason to avoid paying non-refundable money before registration.
