October 2026: Golf-Course Township Announcement
On 27–28 October 2026, Krisala Developers and Hiranandani Communities announced a luxury golf-course township in Nagpur. Reported features include a 16-acre, nine-hole golf course, two clubhouses totalling about 42,000 sq ft, villas, townhouses and 51 ultra-luxury plots on roughly 97 acres, with an estimated revenue potential of about ₹2,100 crore and a neo-classical design theme.
The announcement places the project on the outskirts of Nagpur near the Ring Road and Samruddhi Mahamarg, with approvals in progress, a first phase planned over about three years and full completion in about five. Because the 105-acre MIHAN listing and the 97-acre golf township may describe different phases or parcels, we do not merge their numbers. Read the full golf-course township guide.
