How It Relates to the 105-Acre MIHAN Listing
Separately, project listings for Krisala Nagpur / Krisala Hiranandani Nagpur describe a 105-acre township in the MIHAN / Wardha Road corridor with plots of 1,200–2,400 sq ft from ₹75 lakh and 3 and 4 BHK villas from ₹2.5 crore. The golf-course announcement describes about 97 acres on the outskirts near the Ring Road and Samruddhi Mahamarg.
These may be the same development described at different stages, a later phase, or separate parcels. Until the developer publishes the sanctioned master plan and MahaRERA registration, we keep the two sets of figures separate across this site.
